Eligibility Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items, intimates, and accessories are not eligible for return. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If we made an error, we'll cover the return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
